JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation for an MSP IT Managed Company. The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills and no accent. They should have a clear understanding of how an MSP IT Managed Company operates and experience working within this industry.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

1. Make cold calls to prospective clients and generate leads
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are followed up on promptly
4. Maintain accurate records of all leads and client interactions in the company CRM
5. Continuously develop and refine cold-calling strategies to maximize lead-generation opportunities
And also includes,
1. Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation for an MSP IT Managed Company
2. Excellent English verbal communication skills with no accent
3. Strong understanding of how an MSP IT Managed Company operates
4. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
