Real Estate Lead Organizer

Must have previous experience running real estate comps. You will be gather leads from my emails, Facebook groups, Zillow and you will be putting all leads in a spreadsheet and filling in basic info so that i can analyze the best deals. I will also ask you to run comps. Also, when wholesalers post on the Facebook group, you need to email them and make sure we are on their buyers lists. This role requires attention to detail and strong understanding of real estate. Pay will be a fixed $500 / month
