About Us
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team as a founding sales member to own prospecting and generating leads. We are launching our B2B service for small local business in the U.S. and would rely on your expertise to launch successfully and keep growing. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, negotiation, closing & database management with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new leads through Sourced Leads Research, Social Media, and etc.
Conduct high volume outbound calls (60-80 per day) to potential B2B clients
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and identify potential opportunities for our services
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our Hubspot system
Collaborate with to leadership to develop and refine lead generation strategies
Continuously learn about our services and industry trends to improve lead qualification and prospecting techniques
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience, B2B Lead Generation, Cold Calling & Prospecting
Experience with CRM systems and database management
Fluent in English Written,Verbal Communication & Interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be a hard working, coachable, self starter and independent with managing work schedule with no manager
Tech Skills: Slack, WhatsApp, Hubspot, ChatGPT, PayPal, LastPass, Zoom
Minimum Performance Metrics d/w/m:
# of Outbound calls made per day: 60-80, # of Qualified Leads Per week: 50, # of Demos scheduled per month: 20
Bonus: 6MMarketing is offering 7% Commission on Deals Closed in their first 60 days
