Salesforce Business Analyst

PCN Strategies is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to our team performing a large-scale Salesforce implementation for our non-profit client who is headquartered in Washington, DC. Our team will be performing the full Salesforce implementation, so you will be working as part of a large team, supporting a nationwide implementation.

The Salesforce Business Analyst should possess the following skills and experience:
IMPORTANT NOTE: The desired candidate will be a team player who leads by example, and will above all be adept, solution focused, personable, very well-spoken and detail oriented. These qualifications are at least equally as important as the technical skills and experience outlined below. Salesforce experience is important, but these personal characteristics and intangibles are absolutely critical.

• 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis in a technical environment, performing tasks such as:
• Writing User Stories
• Creating complex process flows, work charts, and other visual diagrams
• Creating wire frames, mockups, BRDs, FRDs, etc.
• Experience with Jira
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience generating clean and professional business and technical documentation
• Experience working in a client facing role, and developing good relationships with clients
• Experience working on a Salesforce project is a must
