Spreadsheet/Webpage Manager

We require a spreadsheet/webpage manager to monitor a large number of webpages. The spreadsheet needs to be kept up to date, this involves both manual data entry and technical problem solving. Good skills required in Microsoft Excel, understanding of how webpages work (HTLM, CSS) and the ability to use xPaths and CSS selectors along with proxy servers and VPNs.

Must be self motivated and proactive in maintaining the spreadsheets. The ability to debug why certain websites are not loading etc. is also useful. Training can be provided in some areas.
