Would you like to program the worlds best surveys?

We currently outsource our survey scripting and are looking to bring someone on full-time who can learn the software (Decipher survey platform) and help us on our mission to create the worlds most attractive and user friendly surveys. You would need to take our surveys, script them in the software, and be focused on continued improvement to always improve the quality of the surveys and the experience we offer to those taking the surveys.
This is what they should be skilled in or at least have knowledge on to program it, but I guess its getting that balance between scripting and design.
