Customer Service (Mandarin)

Respond to clients/partners' inquiries, comments, or complaints via e-mail and chat
? Provide information and value proposition about the company products and / or services ? Collect deposits, payments or make billing arrangements for our clients/partners
? Resolve issues and concerns raised or refer them to the right channel.
? Establishing and maintaining strong client (affiliate) relationships through regular contact telephone and email communication.
? Pro-actively oversee our affiliate member ensuring you have in-depth understanding of each of the client
