E-commerce VA (with Web Developer experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce VA with Web Developer experience to oversee our online sales operations across multiple platforms including Walmart, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies and tactics, as well as the technical skills necessary to maintain and optimize our online presence.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy across multiple platforms to increase sales and revenue
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Manage online inventory and ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers
Maintain and optimize website functionality and design, including resolving technical issues and implementing enhancements
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Stay informed about changes and updates to e-commerce platforms and integrate them into our strategy as appropriate
Train and mentor tea ---------- mbers to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively manage our online sales channels

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management with a focus on Walmart, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify platforms
Proficient in web development languages
Experience with e-commerce platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and platforms
