About the Company: BTS Brands is a fast-growing e-commerce company that offers travel and beauty products through Amazon marketplaces. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a unique online shopping experience. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local and federal laws and regulations, as well as the company's values and culture.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and manage performance management programs, including annual performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Work with department managers to develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
• Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee complaints.
• Manage the HR budget and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FLSA, EEO, and other labor laws.
• Experience managing employee benefits programs, performance management programs, and training programs.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Proficient in HR software and other technology tools.
