Website Designer / Manager

We are a world leading web design agency with 10 Filipinos on our team. We are looking at expanding our Filipino design team so we need an expert web designer that has a proven track record with designing websites, has a keen eye for detail & can help our 2 design managers direct our website designers to get the best results possible for our clients.

Our head office is based in Australia. Our clients are from all around the world. and are mainly high profile online marketers who need premium web design with a high focus on conversions.

Your Skill Requirements:
• Must have 4 years minimum experience of creating business website designs that focus on conversions and user experience.
• Must have an understanding of marketing funnels for website design.
• Must be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Must have a fantastic, highly creative, polished portfolio of web design
• Must have 1 year minimum experience of directing designers.

Position Requirements:
• You must be fully committed to a full time position with us and MUST NOT be working full time or part time elsewhere!
• You will work from your own location.
• You must have fast & reliable internet connection & computer.
• You must have good English speaking & writing skills.
• You must be set up for Skype calls with our team and managers
• You will liaise with our clients via our support desk.
• You must have a 100GB Dropbox account ($10 per month)
• You must be able to direct our designers to get great results.
• You will work with our other design managers to manage our team.

The salary for this position is PHP 40,000 p/month (PHP 10,000 paid weekly via Paypal)

Full-Time position : Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm Filipino time)

The position will start with a fully paid 2 week trial period to see how well you can design. If your performance and talent is suitable we will offer you a permanent full time position, and over the next month will get you involved with the management of the design team.
