RPA Developer

Looking for an RPA developer for a project based work (with potential for additional future projects). We would like to create an RPA process for automatic report extraction from Jane.app for a client which would be in .csv form and load that report into a secured location, then eventually into a database. Any RPA tool could be used, but ideally a cheaper tool is better as its a small client.
