Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

Job Summary: Our company is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase of commercial and residential properties for our real estate investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities
2. Analyze financial data to determine the feasibility of investment opportunities
3. Develop relationships with brokers, sellers, and other industry professionals
4. Negotiate purchase agreements and oversee due diligence activities
5. Work closely with other members of the team to develop and execute acquisition strategies
6. Manage the acquisition pipeline and ensure deals are completed on time and within budget
7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the portfolio and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
