Cold Callers for Real Estate/Telemarketers

Hi Aspiring Job Seekers,

Firs things first, what is 5+5?

This is Audrey and our company is now currently looking for someone who has the necessary skills and experience to help us out on our business needs by doing cold calling. This is a part time job and your starting rate will be $3.25 an hour. If everything goes well then we will offer you a full time job 8 hours a day 40 hours per week with some sort of raise from your basic pay as a part time job. We are based in Miami so we follow Eastern Standard Time (EST). We have two different time slots: 11:30 AM EST to 3:30PM EST after that the Afternoon shift will follow at 3:30PM EST - 7:30 PM EST.

1. Be able to speak perfect English.
2. Real Estate experience is most certainly preferred.
3. Be a responsible individual and show up to work daily.
4. You have to be trainable!
5. Be a trustworthy person
6. Have great communication skills both written and verbal.
