We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple client inboxes on multiple of channels (Gmail inboxes)
- Respond & communicate with leads
- Follow up with leads
- Keep track of leads with a simple CRM
- Schedule meetings for our clients (through Calendly)
- Keep up-to-date reports on the incoming
- Setup
- Able to run a live chat bot for customer service
Requirements:
- Previous employment as an Inbox Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT (UK Time)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong and consistent internet connection

Salary:
We offer 25,000 PHP per month, moving to 30,000 PHP after successfully completing the 3 month trial period. The role offers the possibility of a raise or bonus based on performance.
Working hours will be 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT - Monday to Friday (UK Time)
