We are seeking a full-time, talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Process & Documentation Analyst, ClickUp Expert, and Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, developing new strategies to enhance business processes, documenting the entire process, managing projects using ClickUp, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Who We Are:
Litcessory is a US-based e-commerce company that’s been in operations for 9 years. We are currently selling on over 15 different Amazon marketplaces and various others as well (such as Walmart, Shopify, Ebay).

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department managers and staff to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve overall efficiency.
• Build workflows, flow charts, and swim lane charts, and develop SOP documentation for business processes.
• Develop and implement project plans, manage timelines and budgets, create tasks and assignments, and track progress using ClickUp.
• Manage and maintain our ClickUp system to ensure organizational consistency.
• Engage with all company leadership and work closely with them to maintain their project plans and tasks within the ClickUp system.
• Attend leadership and department meetings to document tasks, projects, statuses, and expectations.
• Provide roll up project reporting to track statuses and initiatives for all company and department projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders and other third parties, as necessary, troubleshoot any project issues, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Utilize the ClickUp platform to create and manage tasks, monitor progress, and generate reports.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Process & Documentation Analyst and Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years working experience
• Proven experience managing projects using Click Up, with a minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in project management or related field.
