Pay: Negotiable (Looking for candidates in LATAM, EU or Philippines mainly worked with US market)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist / Client Acquisition Specialist to join our staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new client relationships in the US staffing industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and acquire new clients in the US staffing industry
Generate leads, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential new markets
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our brand
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline growth, and conversion rates
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiting, operations, and finance, to ensure successful execution of client projects
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (prefer)
3-5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within the US staffing industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and data to drive business decisions
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the US staffing industry, including staffing models, customer needs, and industry trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Have worked on using preferably (DocuSign, Zoominfo, Apollo, Bombora, Crunchbase, and other tools for lead generation)
Can oversee automation and sequencing tools
Highly Tech Savy and knows how to plug and play!
