Responsibilities
• Recommend and/or create guidelines and process of a Real Estate business.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
• Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
• Assessing a client’s property needs
• Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest
• Analyzing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients
• Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions
• Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client’s properties
Requirements and Skills
• Atleast 2-year experience in the US REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Real estate broker license is a plus
