Salary:
* Month 1: PHP 16,000 for managing a team of 10 sales representatives
* Month 2: PHP 30,000 for managing a team of 20 sales representatives
* Month 3: PHP 60,000 for managing a team of 40 sales representatives

Bonuses: Eligible for bonuses if the sales team meets their quotas
La Hera is a globally renowned jewelry brand seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales
Manager to lead our remote sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in
driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to lead
and train a team of sales representatives, with the potential to manage up to 40 members by
Month 3.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
* Lead, train, and hold a team of sales representatives accountable to their quotas
* Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and execute sales
promotions
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
* Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management

Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a proven track record of
success in sales
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work remotely and manage a team remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
