Project Estimator

COMPANY SUMMARY
We are a design and build construction company based in New Jersey, United States. Building Services and Construction is a full services design/build firm. We take our clients through the design process, planning and permits, site preparation, building erection, and post-build cleanup. All trades are contracted in-house, which lowers the overall cost and build time to our clients. Our approach is: Save the client time and money while offering innovative project solutions and building customization. We are looking for a project estimator with the following skill sets:

STARTING SALARY: PHP 8,750 weekly

PROJECT ESTIMATOR
- Review and understand engineering details, plans and drawings --- (Revu Bluebeam - Skill Level: 4)
- Complete quantity take-off, project estimates and gather material pricing --- (Bluebeam / Excel - Skill Level: 4)
- Review and understand Project Estimating sheets --- (Excel - Skill Level: 5)
- Respond to Customer service emails for Projects --- (Phone/Email - Skill Level: 3)
- Provide day-to-day support for Project Managers (delegated tasks) --- (Phone/Email, Excel, Revu, CE - Skill Level: 5)
- Monitor material orders and material lead-times --- (Phone/Email - Skill Level: 4)
- Attend and notate internal staff and project meetings --- (Zoom - Skill Level: 3)
- Provide material orders (estimating single items or multiple Items) --- (Phone/Email - Skill Level: 5)
- Organizational and planning skills --- (Excel - Skill Level: 5)
- Update field staff on orders and lead times --- (Phone/Email - Skill Level: 5)
- Take emails, texts, and calls from field office and vendors --- (Phone/Email - Skill Level: 5)

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Available to work full-time, Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM EST)
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Great attention to detail
