What You’ll Do

Our Customer Service Team Lead will support us in growing our business and hair care brand—but, this isn’t your average Customer Service Team Lead job:

• You'll support, train and lead our customer service advocates

• You’ll perform a wide range of management and support activities for the organization to facilitate the efficient operation of the business.

• You'll work with a team that is building a global brand and unparalleled customer service

• You’ll be responsible for the daily management and leading a team of customer service advocates.
• You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, motivating, counseling and problem solving.
• You'll be responsible for assisting with development and implementation of staffing, training, and sales programs.
• You'll answer questions via social media, phone and email from customers and vendors

• You’ll handle wholesale and distributor inquiries

• Overall, you'll work with us side-by-side to provide creative solutions to challenging problems

• You have customer service management experience (but that's not the only thing you've done)

• Your time management and organizational skills are off the charts, with the ability to work with deadlines
