JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing real estate company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Input and Email Support ---------- this role, you will be responsible for inputting data into our database, answering emails from clients, and providing support to our property management team.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately input data into our database
- Respond to emails from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support to our property management team as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry and/or customer service is preferred
- Background in property management is a plus, but not required
