I am looking for someone with a good work ethic that is willing to learn. Below is an example of some of the types of tasks that will be required. I expect that you will have the ability to perfrom most of the following tasks and be able to learn the ones that you are not an expert at.

Building and consistently engaging a Facebook and Twitter account for the company
Reaching out to journalists in the US to send them our press releases
Creating Reddit threads about Surgeon Researcher
Reaching out to social media influencers
Monitoring and writing HARO responses
Getting Surgeon Researcher listed on online directories (Yelp, Yellow Pages, etc.)
Making small edits to our website
Writing blog articles targeting specified google keywords

You will need to be proficient in English as there are writing tasks.
