American Company Looking for Accountant / Accounting Assistant


We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounting Assistant to join our team.


The company has been in business for over 20 years and is looking for a long-term stable worker to help in our team.


Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must.


Requirements:

1. Reliable high speed Internet service.

2. Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar.

3. Experience with Quickbooks or Quicken.

4. Ability to work during Eastern Standard & Pacific Time (these are the time zones we work in)

5. Quiet work space is a must.

6. Must have strong work ethic and be knowledgeable in accounts payable & Quickbook entries.

7. HR experience is a plus!

8. Must be open to starting part time but quickly potentially expanding to full time.


We are looking for exceptional people that have extremely good English speaking skills.

Full training in the position will be provided. You will be required to handle many accounting tasks as well as to help with hiring.


This position is open for immediate hire. We need dependable employees who consistently work hard.
