The Guest Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive and enjoyable vacation rental experience. This role involves answering guest inquiries, handling reservations and bookings, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the guest's stay. The Guest Experience Representative plays a critical role in maintaining the reputation of the vacation rental company and ensuring that guests return for future stays.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, via phone,
- Assist with booking and reservation processes, including verifying availability and collecting payment information
- Communicate with guests prior to their arrival to provide necessary information and ensure that their stay is as smooth as possible
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the guest's stay, including maintenance requests or complaints
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the guest experience by suggesting process improvements and providing feedback to management
**Qualifications:**
- SPANISH SPEAKING
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries and requests
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Desired: previous experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry
