Data Analyst / Data Management Specialist

>We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong understanding in using formulas. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the same role and be skilled in creating reports, data monitoring, and analysis. The candidate should also have basic knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM.

Responsibilities:

>Collect and analyze large and complex data sets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
>Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports to track and analyze key metrics.
>Develop and implement data management strategies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
>Monitor data quality and identify issues, develop solutions to address them.
>Collaborate with other teams to define and implement data management processes.
>Work with the GoHighLevel CRM to manage, track, and analyze customer data.
>Create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
>Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
>Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in data analysis and management.

Requirements:

>At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Management Specialist.
>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including high-level formulas and functions.
>Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM.
>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
>Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and report creation.
>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
>Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
