- Overseeing the management team (team leader level)
- Settlement of salary/bonus for local employees in the Philippines
- Insurance management
- Recruitment & attendance management
- Welfare planning and system operation and management
- Personnel design and operation (reorganization, personnel issuance, planning, evaluation, compensation, etc.)

[Required Qualifications]
- 5+ years of human resources experience

[Preferred Qualifications]
- Ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Good problem-solving, communication, and empathy skills
- Experience in accounting
- Korean language skills
