JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a female social media manager that is also skilled in writing (captions, blogs, ads, etc). Flexible hours [work in your time zone] + medical benefits and paid time off + other perks (year end bonus and free products!). **MUST FOLLOW ALL DIRECTION TO BE CONSIDERED**

EXCELLENT writing skills and superb attention to detail and knowledge in Canva/design software with an eye for design (feminine types of design only!), creative flair and writing experience is a MUST. Hours are flexible, but we require daily outputs including weekends.

REQUIRED Skill sets:
- Excellent English written skills. At near perfect. Having excellent writing grammar + experience in writing is extremely important to us. We want the writing to be creative and unique (i.e., use of puns, trending words, play on words, when writing).
- MUST have stable internet connection, a smartphone, and be able to communicate in real time. MUST have back up internet connection.
- MUST have some experience in Writing (i.e., blogs, articles, product description, social media captions, or other writing experience such as journalism in school and etc.)
- Knowledge of Canva, other design tools/software, with an eye for feminine design and basic video editing skills such as adding captions and emojis and transitions in videos
- Must pay attention to detail and understand steps + be able to emulate our brand voice and tone
- Must be able to problem solve and think outside the box instead of only waiting for instruction
- Must be able to take feedback constructively, and quickly implement the changes provided during feedback
- Must be a pro-active ---------- munication is KEY for a remote team to function
- Marketing/social media management knowledge a plus. Copywriting experience a plus. Marketing and social media management skills a plus but not necessary. Basic knowledge/experience on how to grow Instagram followers is a plus but not necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

- Actively engage, reply, monitor, and create thoughtful social interaction within our communities across all social platforms.
- Maintaining our active social media presence on Instagram, Facebook
- Curating + creating images, videos, and graphics for our instagram
- create and execute social media calendars based on promotions, and branded content releases.
- Create original content and source user-generated content relevant to the brand.
- Strategize ways to drive traffic to our website through social media and encourage follower growth across our platforms.
- Manage tagging products to support a shoppable Instagram experience.
- managing and creating promotions, giveaways on our instagram
- complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly social reporting, set goals and KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Growing our IG followers organically through strategies such as using hashtags, reels, daily engaging with other accounts + followers and other creative ways -- always willing to learn the most updated ways to organically grow our instagram and keeping up with trends
- Work with marketing team lead [also based in phillipines] closely on a daily basis on social media and marketing strategies
- expanding our influencer and affiliates program

There is always room to grow in this position, and bonuses for excellent work performance. Hours are flexible and after training, you basically set your own schedule, but this is NOT an easy job even though hours are flexible. We are only looking for people that are serious and dedicated to their role and tea ---------- mbers that always go above and beyond their duties. This job is for people that are detail-oriented, dedicated, and able to perform under pressure and deadlines. If you have poor English grammar, DO NOT apply.

This is a full-time position (40 hours a week, overtime as needed, time tracked on hubstaff app, paid overtime if you work over 40 hours), but we are flexible with actual working times. We care more about progress and productivity, than clocking in and out. Although hours are flexible, you will be required to work daily including weekends (about 2-4 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday or as necessary). Hours are flexible, therefore you have the opportunity of working daytime your time!

PLEASE NOTE: THE FIRST 2 MONTHS ARE PROBATIONARY PERIOD. THEREFORE SALARIES DURING PROBATION PERIOD IS $500 USD/MONTH. AFTER PASSING 2 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD, SALARIES WILL BE $650-$750/MONTH BASED ON SKILL WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR RAISES BASED ON PERFORMANCE

Your reply should be engaging, and it should be a thoughtful reply comment. This is what you will be doing when you comment on other instagrams in the future to build engagement, so this mock up task is to showcase your ability to write thoughtful comments on other's instagram posts.

6. Curate 3 photos that you think would look good on our Instagram based on our current Instagram aesthetics, and write CAPTIONS for each photo. You can also use original designs of your own instead of other people’s photos.

7. Attach a video editing sample (simple video editing similar to the reels on our website where we add captions, emojis, etc to a product video).
