This job requires, at a very minimum:
1. 100% perfect, fluent written and spoken English (no syntactical, grammatical, spelling errors or use of slang incorrectly)
2. A reliable, high-speed internet connection
3. A reliable computer
4. Strong research skills and the ability to learn about new tech tools, systems, and industry trends
5. Excellent client management and communication skills, comfortable talking to our customers over zoom.
6. Creative problem solving and independence
7. A willingness to proofread your own work and ensure all materials are polished and professional
8. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with royalty-free image sources
9. A solid understanding of SEO best practices or a willingness to learn
11. Familiar with marketing and publishing on social ?

A perfect candidate would have (these are NOT required; just preferred):
1. An interest in helping business owners, specifically women, organize and grow their business to serve their clients at a higher level
2. The ability to write an speak with a fun, casual tone while conveying complex or advanced topics
3. Familiar with tech and tools, not afraid to learn new ones.
4. Video editing a plus but not required?
5. Customer service experience is also a bonus
Fair warning, I am a pretty casual person overall. I don't micromanage, but I'm always here if you have questions or want to be certain of something before taking action.?
