Joomla designer and developer

I have a number of clients using Joomla, and need:
- ongoing help with changes to Joomla web sites
- some joomla php development - i.e. customising existing extensions for clients individual needs
You should be good at designing Joomla web sites, as well as doing advanced customisation including in php.
