Hello!
We’re imPASTA (Upgrade to see actual info), and Root’d (Upgrade to see actual info)– 2 amazing US-based consumer brands on a mission to bring eco-friendly wellness to consumer goods! We’re on the hunt for a PPC Ninja to help our little brands blossom! Specifically, we're looking for an Ads Media Buyer for both Pinterest and Google.

It’s sold in over 1,000 stores across the US, including Whole Foods and Sprouts, and is growing like crazy! imPASTA, Root’ds sister brand, was born after 2 years of research, developing the perfect alternative to plastic! Perfect mouthfeel, no sogginess, lasts 2+ hours in your drink, and 100% compostable and biodegradable! Both brands give back 2% to help plant new trees and remove plastic from our oceans.

About the job:
You’re the ideal candidate if you share our passion for eco-friendly, high-quality products! General tasks include:
• Developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns on both Google and Pinterest
• Analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Conducting audience research to identify target demographics and interests.
• Keyword tracking and research to improve organic rankings
• Monitoring ad performance and adjusting bids to stay within budget and achieve campaign goals.
• Collaborating with our internal creative teams to test engaging ad visuals and videos.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital/Pinterest advertising


Because we’re a true startup, there may be more, and if you’re the right person, lots of room for learning, development, and advancement!

Work:
• 10 - 30 Hours, depending on skill sets and tasks you excel at.
• As a startup, there is LOTS of room for additional hours and advancement.
• $7 - $10 per hour, depending on skill sets and experience.
• Looking for a long-term partner to help us lead our online efforts.


Competencies:
What specific things do you need to be good at to do this job well?
• Technical expertise: A strong understanding of Google and Pinterest platforms, as well as knowledge of ad serving, ad tracking, and data management platforms, is necessary to succeed in this role.
• Google Ads Certification
• Pinterst Advertsing Essentials Badge.
• Project management skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets and timelines, and work collaboratively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure campaign success is critical.
• Keyword monitoring.
