Here at Video Growth Systems, LLC, we’re looking for an all-star Marketing Tech Associate to build out and maintain the technical aspects of our digital marketing agency and client accounts, could that be you?


Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical role in a marketing or digital agency

Must have a strong internet connection

Must be able to work during our office hours based in the United States

Must have experience with marketing automation software such as Zapier

Must have experience with calendar management software such as ScheduleOnce

Must have a strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels

Must be proficient with digital marketing tools that include, but are not limited to, email marketing software such as ActiveCampaigns, text/SMS providers such as SalesMessage, and GSuite Apps such as Google Sheets and Docs

Must know how to integrate domain names to websites using domain providers such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, and NameCheap

Must have experience with integrating calendar management software such as ScheduleOnce and Calendly

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience using Slack

Experience with managing multiple tasks using project management software such as ClickUp

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Tech Associate to join our team at a fast-paced marketing agency and work in a virtual environment for 10-20 hours per week. This position is open to fill immediately and we are looking for growth-minded individuals looking to create a career in an exciting industry.

The Marketing Tech Associate will manage and execute technical projects, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth operation of all high-ticket webinar funnels for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and marketing, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As a virtual employee, you’ll be responsible for completing an organized list of tasks each and every day, along with proactively reporting your progress to individual tea ---------- mbers on coordinating tasks.


Some, but not all of your responsibilities, will include the following:

Implement and manage various marketing technologies including, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, calendar management software, and other marketing automation software.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support for clients and internal tea ---------- mbers.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends and provide recommendations for implementation.

Manage and execute technical projects including funnel building and technical integrations amongst software including ActiveCampaigns, Typeform, ScheduleOnce, SalesMessage, and Google Sheets.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time.

Build and design high-ticket webinar funnels using funnel-building software such as ClickFunnels and ---------- anize a professional workflow system to maintain high accuracy ---------- et deadlines set for frequent ---------- municate with multiple tea ---------- mbers on a regular basis.

Provide occasional check-ins with the Project Manager and Operations Manager.

Conduct quality assurance checks to reduce the opportunity for error.
