FULL TIME 40 HOURS * SUNDAY - THURSDAY OVERNIGHT SHIFT*

UP TO 40,000 PHP MONTHLY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a FULL TIME - HR / RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST for our USA based Home Health Agency! The main role is to manage all aspects of hiring caregivers, nurse, and physical therapists to work for our company. A background in Recruiting & Human Resources as a VA is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Post job advertisements to online job boards and respond to job applicants
• Conduct pre-screening calls with applicants and schedule interviews
• Daily phone calls, texts, emails with new hire candidates
• Coordinating Orientations for our local job trainer.
• Managing caregiver employment files
• Maintaining Caregiver certificates, insurance, and licensing requirements.
- Verifying caregiver worked shifts for payroll
- Generating client invoices based off caregiver's worked hours

Job Requirements:
- Good spoken & written English is a MUST
- Must Have A Quiet Work Environment
- Previous experience with CRM's, Data Entry, Excel, etc.
- Self Driven & Motivated
- Overnight Shift 7am-4pm Eastern Standard Time / USA
- Likes to speak, outgoing personality, and gets along well with others (you will be talking to people all shift long)
- Willing to work on Time Doctor
