We’re growing faster than we ever imagined and we have an immediate need for Business Development Reps to join our team. We need people who can research, qualify and bid on new government contracts. We also need people who can think quickly on their feet, are very articulate, and are great at finding solutions to complex problems. Support our Bid Team in bringing in new Revenue between $1 Million and $100 Million!

Key Skills
• Have intermediate to advanced experience with data and model building (e.g. Microsoft Excel, software reporting tools)
- Knows how Excel functions "think" or how they "behave" when used in a cell
- Experience generating pivot tables and data visualization reports
- Experience creating spreadsheet models, dashboards, and formula auditing
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable and confident when it comes to overcoming objections
• Experience in doing outbound calls is a plus


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Support our team in bidding on multi-million dollar contract opportunities
- Research & create new leads for potential bid opportunities
- Matching bid needs/requirements with products we support
- Analyze data to inform bid strategy (e.g. products, pricing, competitor info)
- Participate in bid strategy meetings
- Prep and Submit bids for new opportunities
• Training - We will teach you everything you need to know about government procurement
• Research/Analyze/Solve company and department issues
• Support the efforts to meet company and department revenue targets by finding and bringing in new business
• Organize & update opportunities in our BizDev Pipeline database
• Accountable for meeting or exceeding department and individual quotas and KPIs
• Use software tools like Excel, Word, Tableau, Magento, Zoho Desk, Asana, and GSuite to stay connected and perform your day-to-day duties


Requirements
• We are a U.S.-based company, so you must be able to work Pacific Standard business hours (6 am - 4 pm Pacific Standard Time)
• You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
- Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3, i5, i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
- 8GB of Memory or higher
- Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
- 64-bit Windows 10 or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
- Ability to support a dual monitor setup

Compensation & Perks:

• $400 every two weeks PLUS incentives
• Flexible Paid Time Off
• 8 US Paid Holidays
• $10 USD/month internet stipend (we require you to have 8 - 10 mbps home internet)
• 13th Month Pay (eligible after 90 days)
• This is a contracted position and we do not offer Health insurance
