Python Developer / Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Python skills to help clean large data sets of business information. Once the data sets are cleaned, we’ll need help building reports and gaining insights from the data, including geolocation and market analysis. You will also be responsible for improving existing processes, developing business strategies, building predictive models, performing data analysis, and identifying existing gaps while providing solutions. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance better.

We are a US-based company with other remote developers working in Asia for this project. We will need a couple of hours of overlap with our team in the US for the pacific timezone.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for carrying out complex dataset analysis and data Upgrade to see actual info charge of collecting and cleaning datasets from various data sources, identifying critical insights, and creating the organization’s data system framework.
Create and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to track data.
Create predictive models.
Maintain data frameworks
Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement.

What we’re looking for:

2+ years experience with performing data analysis and drawing conclusions
2+ years experience cleaning and manipulating data in SQL and or Python
1+ years experience working with Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to write queries or data transformation scripts using SQL and Python
Advanced Excel Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience with gathering requirements and identifying business needs, as well as knowledge of how systems are built, data is managed and used to create a functional design across applications.
Experience in project management.
Ability to identify and work with specific data that will be decisive in strategic business management.
Mathematical and statistical skills.
