JOB OVERVIEW

We run an online food manufacturing business in Australia, and we are seeking a Product Manager/Owner that can improve the LTV of customers.

Objectives of the role:

• Improving the lifetime value of customer
• Improve product from minimum viable product to ultimate product
• Improve customer journey/experience to convert into raving fans

We are looking for someone to join our growing team that is/has these qualities:

• Product management/ownership experience over 3 years
• Great knowledge of product development/improvement
• Knowledge to track important metrics/KPI for product improvement
• Indepth research ability
• Ability to liaise and get to a result with multiple departments
• Ability to reverse engineer outcomes based on data
• Result focused with full accountability
• Great execution ability
• Great learner
• Speaks English well over phone
• Can develop good relationships with suppliers
• Knowledge with product development/improvement
• Positive and can-do attitude, someone that is great to spend hours with

Further ideal qualities:

• Knowledge of the food industry
• Knowledge of diet and nutrition
• Knowledge of food manufacturing
• Close to the AU Sydney time zone
