We are looking to bring on an experienced *FULL TIME* technical person who can handle any client technical needs and can also double up as our Agency Operations Manager.
We are located in the Australia Perth timezone and are looking for someone who can will be reliable and work every day.

As long as you’re trainable, we can teach you everything you need to know but you must have these main characteristics and be willing to put in the work:

- Detail Oriented. You are very careful and can spot when things are incorrect.
- Extroverted leader. Get energized by speaking to clients/team. Exceptional English communication skills. Confidence & Charisma.
- Highly curious. Able to learn new skills very quickly. Extremely diverse digital background from software, to design, copy & critical thinking.
- Marketing background. Understand customer psychology and persuasion. Naturally good with people and understanding sales.
You are available to work Full Time, we are not looking for freelancers.

Our team consists of talented designers, copywriters and Klaviyo managers. This is your chance to get in early and take a more senior position with a lot of room to grow your salary & experience very quickly.
You can consider this role as being the "right-hand" person to the CEO, you will be responsible for taking tasks off the CEO's plate. Assisting and learning directly from him and helping with a wide variety of tasks.
___ TYPES OF TASKS ___
You will be required to have overall knowledge on skills such as:
- Using ChatGPT to write persuasive
- Editing designs in Figma, making small tweaks to better fit strategy
- Delegating work to tea
- Reviewing design & copy work
- Setting up
- Able to write down standard operating procedures according to our instructions
- Speaking to clients
- Managing project deadlines
- Strategizing
- Leading our weekly team calls
We will test you on all these skills, so please be confident you can handle them before applying*
As a Final Note, You Must Have:
