Vacancy Available for Customer Service Representative

We are a Malaysian-based internet marketing advertising company seeking to employ a dedicated Customer Service Representative with the following skills.

You are expected to work GMT +8 (Philippine Local Time) from 7 am to 4 pm (Mondays to Saturdays) for your first week of training and will change your working schedule afterward.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists/Deal with customers about their orders and correcting post-sales problems.
2. Ensures timely processing of customer orders and helps resolve customer disputes.
3. Ensures customer service emails and calls are answered and done in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
4. Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
5. Handles and resolve a customer's complaint; determine the cause of the problem; selects and explains the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follows up to ensure resolution.
6. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
9. Have a very high level of responsibility and professionalism, especially when communicating with clients and completing the work quickly.
10. Have initiative and are good at selecting and explaining the best solution to solve a problem.

QUALIFICATION:
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers.
• We prefer someone who has at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service projects/tasks.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
• Staff who is very dedicated, committed, and passionate about their work, someone who has the right work attitude and ethics.
• Applicants must have clear and professional English-speaking skills, and a reliable high-speed Internet connection.
• Available during US business hours: must be comfortable working graveyard shifts!
