Hours: 30 hours (PART TIME)
Friday - Tuesday

We are looking for an enthusiastic Virtual Assistant with web design knowledge who can help with the following 2 main tasks:
1. Reply to customer enquiries through online platform Fiverr and email
2. Update our project management software with customer updates and jobs
3. Create social media content ----------

WHO ARE WE?
We are a family owned business based in Brisbane Australia. We edit and build WordPress websites and write website copy and blogs.

SALARY: $250

SPLIT SHIFTS
Friday: 6-10am
5pm-7pm
Saturday: 7am-11am
4pm-6pm
Sunday: 7am-11am
4pm-6pm
Monday: 6am-10am
5pm-7pm
Tuesday: 6am-10am
5pm-7pm

SUPPORT PROVIDED:
1. Supervisor Support - You will work under our Project Manager during the week (Ira)
2. You'll be provided with 'How To' guidelines and documents as well as social media templates for ---------- TAILS OF YOUR ROLE:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Daily monitor and reply to all customer inquiries
Quoting for jobs
Other sales generation activities
Enter all new jobs and updates into Project Management software
Liaise between developer and customer throughout the build process
Once approved internally, submit the work to the customer for signoff

SOCIAL MEDIA (Instagram):
Experience designing in Canva
Daily social engagement
Schedule & Post - daily stories, 2x posts & 1x carousel each week

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge of web design - Specifically WordPress, Shopify and Wix
Natural written English
Excellent customer service
Good project coordination skills
