Director of Operations

We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED Director of Operations.

This is a part-time position with the ability to QUICKLY scale to full-time.

Reports directly to the CEO of a Creative Agency. (We specialize in web design & marketing automations.)

The ideal applicant MUST:
• Be EXTREMELY organized.
• Have IMMACULATE attention to detail.
• Be willing to take initiative and get things done!
• Have excellent English (oral and written communication).
• Be able to take direction well.
• Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Primary tasks assigned to this position:
• Email & SMS Communication (Check, respond, delegate as needed)
• Consultation Management (Edit/Send proposals and invoices, request additional information)
• Project Management (Assign tasks to team, ensure projects are on time, deliver projects to client)
• Email Marketing (Planning & Implementation)
• Help write SOPs

Experience with ClickUp as a project manager is a HUGE PLUS!
