Performance Engineer

The position is responsible for monitoring plant-generating equipment, and major equipment parameters, and taking appropriate actions to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the power plant. Evaluates, review, and perform data collection and analysis to document system and equipment performance and reliability testing.
Understands the processes involved in electricity generation and equipment operation. Distinguishes thermal and diesel engine features by reading operation & maintenance manuals and electrical diagrams of all auxiliaries and their control panels.
