Job Details:
Work hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) | Tuesday - Saturday (12:00 am - 8:00 am PH time)
Location: Remote work
Requirements: Dedicated work machine and wired internet connection

> Portfolio showing sample links to WordPress sites that have been built from scratch (no starter themes or site builders). Existing themes that have been customized will NOT be considered

Duties & Responsibilities:
> Designing user interactions with frontend code
> Develop websites/landing pages from scratch with plain HTML/CSS or CMS (Wordpress/Wix) depending on project requirements
> Implement client-requested integrations
> Deploy updates and fixes
> Investigate and resolve technical issues
> Ensuring webpages are mobile-optimized
> Creating and maintaining databases and servers
> Receiving design handoffs from UX and UI designers and coding them
> Testing and debugging on both the front- and backend
> Writing documentation
> Staying up-to-date on new technologies which could improve technology and customer experience

> Experience with technical communication with clients

Requirements:
> Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
> Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber
> Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, Upgrade to see actual info
> Knowledge of CMS like Wordpress and Wix
> In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
> Understanding of layout aesthetics, accessibility, and responsive and adaptive design
> Knowledge of SEO principles
> Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks
> Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma)
> A keen eye for aesthetics and details
