1. Monitor & improve current campaigns
2. Keyword research for new campaigns
3. Work with developer to optimize landing pages
4. Analyze performance and make improvements

Shift Schedule: Require 1 weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting during daytime CST. Other than that, schedule is flexible.
