Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts within your assigned territory. Your primary objective is to convert prospects into customers by leveraging your knowledge of Acmetek's solutions and services. Working closely with pre-sales and post-sales support, you will ensure that customers receive the best possible experience and that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting Accounts: You will prospect for new business across multiple functional areas within the company, utilizing leads provided by marketing while maintaining an appropriate pipeline coverage.
Relationship Building: Gain a deep understanding of the customer's processes and problems, ask the right questions and bring unique value to every interaction. You will develop relationships with multiple buying personas within the prospect account.
Solution Positioning: You will connect prospects' business objectives with Acmetek solutions, deploying a customer-centric approach in understanding how Acmetek can deliver value.
Sales Execution: You will lead enterprise agreements to closure, being proactive in all aspects of opportunity development, and preparing accurate forecasts while building a funnel to cover bookings target. You will document activities in zoho and perform other necessary tasks to drive revenue and communicate activities to sales management.
Negotiation and Closing: You will actively manage interactions within the customer buying cycle using standard processes, handling different kinds of sales scenarios, and negotiating in a manner that drives towards closing. You will gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
Account Coordination: You will use a disciplined approach to effectively and efficiently involve pre-sales and post-sales support, leveraging industry expertise as needed.
Product Knowledge: You will be proficient with a working knowledge and understanding across all Acmetek products and solutions.
Qualifications:
You must have a minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software/technology company.
You should have a track record of qualifying and closing consultative/service-led sales, particularly multi-year and subscription-based services.
You should possess an exceptional ability to create and foster relationships across enterprise C-suite executives and build consensus among the buying team.
You should have exceptional time and people management skills to marshal resources and advance opportunities.
You should be well-versed in the data analytics industry and have a strong knowledge of competitor products and capabilities.
You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
