I'm looking for a task & detailed-oriented virtual assistant to help elevate the member experience & creative direction of my growing online marketing business.

What this position entails:
>> Scheduling weekly emails and monthly automated follow-up sequences inside ActiveCampaign
>> Creating landing, registration, and confirmation pages in LeadPages/Kajabi/Thrive
>> Generating reports in ActiveCampaign and Facebook ads manager
>> Creating presentation slides in Keynote
>> Creating social media graphics with quotes from video content
>> Designing PDF cheat sheets and workbooks in Canva
>> Offering ideas and suggestions to improve the flow of administrative functions
>> Valuable immersive training and advancement opportunities in online marketing
>> Highly flexible hours, as long as assignments are completed on time
This position is for you if:
>> You love solving problems and puzzles that take a little determination to figure out.
>> You have experience with Facebook marketing. Power Editor experience? Even better.
>> You have a great eye for design and pride yourself on the quality of your work.
>> You can look at an example and then create something even better of your own.
>> You tend to over-deliver because you like to make people extra happy.
>> You take pride in your communication skills and attention to detail.
>> You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to work on launching new products.
