Applicant must be able to form and manage a qualified team of approx 5 marketing agents capable of generating leads, through telemarketing, sms, seo, ppc, and email drip campaigns.

Qualified personnel must be well versed in computer programming and web design.

Telemarketing manager must have strong people skills. Must strive to create a positive work environment for employees under their own supervision. Great telephone skills are a must for a telemarketing manager. Oral, written and computer skills must be excellent. The telemarketing individual must know how to create work schedules for telemarketing personnel. They may record calls for training personnel or handle a client dispute over the phone, by email or in person.
