Customer Logistics Coordinator / V.A

We are searching for an exceptional Customer Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and international remote team. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to interact with all departments of our company and our warehouse, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily purchasing operations and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Tracking orders and managing customer relations on marketplaces
Handling re-supply orders
Processing customer disputes
Opening carrier claim files for delays or damages
Verifying the presence of customer contact and the amount of validated quotes
Supervising tasks such as order processing, accounts receivable, waiting for suppliers, waiting for tracking, and cancellations
Providing training for new tea ---------- mbers
To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with computers, possess excellent English language skills, and have a strong team-oriented mindset. Additionally, a personal computer and internet connection are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proficiency in website navigation
Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets
Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
The ability to take ownership of your work and meet deadlines
Strong reliability and punctuality
A willingness to continuously learn and grow in the role.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Paris Time (UTC+1)
