ETSY Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Etsy Store Manager to build and manage our new Etsy store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful online businesses from the ground up and managing all aspects of online sales, marketing, and customer interactions. As Etsy Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, marketing products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage our Etsy store, including inventory management, product listings, and customer interactions.
Monitor multiple databases to keep track of all company ---------- tablish and maintain proper high-traffic displays, resulting in 289% in increased sales.
Leverage knowledge of customers and market trends to market and display products successfully.
Display products to drive sales, using knowledge of consumer and market ---------- monstrate full store expertise on merchandise locations, enabling optimum service to inquiring customers.
Resolve customer concerns and answer questions quickly to maximize satisfaction.
Maintained high feedback ratings from customers by responding quickly to questions and problems.
Handle all aspects of business, including accounting, purchasing, web design, photography of shop inventory items, packaging and shipping, and online market research.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to develop and execute marketing plans that drive traffic and increase sales.
Continuously monitor and analyze store performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales and revenue.
Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of building successful online businesses.
Strong knowledge of Etsy's rules and guidelines, including its policies around intellectual property, shipping, and refunds.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Experience with product development, including sourcing materials, designing products, and coordinating with manufacturers.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with tea ---------- mbers and communicate effectively with customers.

Knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track store performance and make data-driven decisions.
