Job Responsibilities:
• Perform email list management tasks such as offer selection, email loading/scheduling/checking on various email platforms
• Data Count and Revenue update
• Monitor email campaign performance and provide analysis to improve effectiveness and ROI
• Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers on specific projects like research, reports and analysis, internal documentation
• Assist with A/B testing and optimization of email campaigns
• Stay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our email marketing efforts

Requirements/Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing
• Preferably with online work-from-home experience; must know MS 365 and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with CRM systems and database management, preferably in a similar role
• Experience using cloud-based marketing automation platforms, such as Maropost, Ontraport, Sendlane, iPost, etc.
• Experience with marketing analytics, performance tracking, and optimization platforms, such as Everflow, Voluum, Hyros
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and the ability to develop effective email campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
