Tiktok and Instagram Account Management and Organic Growth Manager

We are looking for a long term Tiktok and Instagram Account Management and Organic Growth Manager.
Below are some of the tasks required but not limited to:
1. Regular engagement with other accounts to bring in new followers and engagement of own content
2. Posting and scheduling of short form video content on Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook
3. Writing of Captions
4. Hashtag research and posting
5.Catchy and Scroll-stopping Video Thumbnail Designs
6. Must be keen on details
7. Willing to learn and grow

Time commitment:

Average of 8 hours a day with flexible schedule. Occasional evenings and weekend hours may be required.
