Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly capable healthcare specialist with knowledge particularly of physical therapy, diet, and nutrition. You will evaluate our healthcare programs, develop health education initiatives, and assess our healthcare services. You will also be engaging with customers to provide support to ensure satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have enough patience and empathy toward customers, and enough knowledge to provide correct information to the customers.
Skills and Requirements:
— A degree in Medicine, Medical Science, Nursing, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent
— At least two years of meaningful experience as a Health Care Specialist
— Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
— Demonstrated problem-solving and consulting skills
— Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business environment
— Knowledge and willingness to learn the usage of softwares used by the company
— Active Listening skills
— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required
— A positive working attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
— Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
— Ability to keep all critical information private (confidentiality)
— Tech-Savvy
— Has a reliable working PC, a stable internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset
— Punctuality
— Teamwork and collaboration skills
— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task
— Comfortable working with a time-tracking tool
Duties and Responsibilities:
— Receive incoming calls from patients to answer their questions and concern/s
— Responsible for consistently meeting production and quality assurance standards
— Maintain quality customer service by following company policies and procedures as well as policies and procedures specific to each customer
— Assessing health services, determining needs, and developing healthcare management plans and programs
— Evaluating healthcare programs and advising stakeholders on standards of care, policies, and proposals
— Integrating research findings and data analysis in the development of health system programs and initiatives
— Evaluating the quality of healthcare services and delivery methods, and facilitating interventions when required
— Documenting processes, maintaining records, and reporting progress

We have employed several virtual assistants for more than ten years, and the primary virtual assistant has been with us for over ten years. Currently, our company has more than 60 full-time virtual assistants.
We are seeking someone who is self-reliant, resourceful, able to resolve issues, and capable of remaining adaptable and open to new ideas. We require someone who can finish jobs on time with minimal supervision.
You must be open and comfortable working a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7, and you must be open to rotational shift work.
